You can recover your account on a new device or a newly installed version of the app by opening Yoti and tapping the ‘Already have an account’ option. Tap ‘Restore from iCloud’ or ‘Restore from Google Drive’ and follow the steps. You will need to take a photo and record a short video as part of the verification process.
You can only do this if you stored a recovery key in iCloud or Google Drive on your old device or in your previous version of the app. If you didn’t store a recovery key, please contact Customer Support.
