Yes, from the control panel you can choose to create a template. Creating a template works in a similar way to how you would normally send out a document(s) for signing. When adding recipients you can either add a name and email address if you know the recipient information (this will be saved to the template and appear in the sending screen when you use the template) or you can add placeholder information “role”, this can be changed when sending the template out to the recipients information.
