If you try to add a document to your Yoti and you already have another document of the same type (e.g. Driving Licence, Passport etc.) on your account, you will be asked if you want to replace the details from your existing document with the new one.
Yoti prioritises your details from the most recently added document. If your new document has less information on it than the existing version, for example, if your current National ID shows your gender and you add a new National ID that doesn’t, we won't remove the original document's gender from your Yoti. Instead, we will replace the other details on a like-for-like basis.
