We take security very seriously. To keep your information safe, we scramble it with AES-256 encryption, and then store it in such a way that, in the unlikely event of a system breach, no one would be able to look at your information. All your login details are also end to end encrypted between your phone and browsers to keep any prying eyes away from looking at your details.
Yoti Password Manager automatically locks itself after 15 minutes of browser inactivity (learn how to change this setting by clicking here). It helps to prevent people from accessing your passwords while you’re away from your computer.
The only way to get back into your browser extension after Yoti Password Manager has been locked is with your phone. Again, this makes it difficult for anyone other than yourself to access your passwords.
If you wish to know more about Yoti’s security, you can check our dedicated FAQs here.
